Examining the Intention of Joining Internship Programs Among Undergraduate Students in Bandung

Globally, the pandemic forced schools, colleges, and universities to close their campuses in order allow students practice social distancing practices. Despite difficulties challenges, some of undergraduate realized that with this new learning system, time set for or formal education become more flexible which leaves these fill spare productive activities. One those activities is joining a virtual on-site internship program. Due “Kampus Merdeka” policy, specifically programs high interest internships, knowing four aspects (work meaningfulness, institutional image, organizational attributes, attractiveness) are important someone eventually join could be very beneficial opportunity company like iSeek newly established focusing on providing an internship-seeking platform. The goal research identify impact mentioned intention among Bandung. This utilizes 5-point Likert scale. data gathered though use online survey 259 respondents, then it will analysed using SEM-PLS method obtain results. result analysis shows image does have positive significant towards attractiveness whilst attributes also attractiveness. Meanwhile rest factors resulted opposite. findings study recommend other job seeking platform companies further develop marketing strategy own understand customers utilize attract partners.
